Group bookings

To confirm your reservation a 20% deposit is required.

Full confirmation is required two weeks prior to arrival. If there is any change in numbers to your group after this time you may be charged.

Our refund policy after this is as follows:
7 days 50% refund
Less than 7 days prior to arrival no refund.

Individual Travellers

To confirm your reservation full payment is required in advance. If you need to cancel or change your reservation please let us know. Our refund policy is as follows:

7days - Overnight tariff less 10%
Before 6pm - 48 hours prior to arrival - Overnight tariff less 20%
Less than 48 hours prior to booking date - No refund
